I’m Amy and I just finished my 200 hourYTT and I’m super excited for the opportunity to share my practice! I started doing Yoga initially because I kept getting shingles! Once I started going deeper into my own practice the shingles went away and my practice started to get stronger! I have always been an athlete, playing team sports throughout my lifetime but I’ve never been stronger than I am today. I have yoga to thank for that!
