Linda was born in Toronto Canada and attended Seneca College in the Fitness Leadership Program. She taught fitness classes at various clubs throughout the Toronto and Ottawa area for more than 10 years. Linda has always been an avid cyclist, runner, skier and all round active person. She took a hiatus from teaching classes by working for the Federal Government for a number of years. After a serious back injury in 2008 she was introduced to yoga. It was then she discovered the journey to healing and happiness.
Linda has always had a passion for fitness and encouraging others to live a healthy lifestyle but days after her retirement from her full time job, she decided to return to her passion. In January 2016, she travelled to Thailand to attend and immerse herself in Yoga Teacher Training where she completed her RYT200 with Akasha Yoga Academy (Yoga Alliance).
